Translation Services

Testun Cyf provides a comprehensive translation service from English into Welsh and vice versa for a wide range of clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Our aim is to produce work of the highest quality within reasonable deadlines and at competitive rates. We strive to ensure that our work is reader-friendly and that it strikes a chord with the target audience.

Quality assurance and consistency are also important to us and every piece of work, from large documents to short advertisements, is carefully edited by one of our experienced editors. Many of our staff are members of the Association of Welsh Translators and Interpreters.

Our staff have extensive experience of translating a range of materials, from annual reports and statements of accounts to publicity and marketing materials, press releases, newsletters, routine correspondence and urgent advertisements. We have also translated a number of websites and interactive materials (e.g. CD Roms).

We proof-read and edit work for many of our clients and can also supervise the work as it goes to press.

Testun has the latest hardware and software to facilitate our work and we can provide translations in the exact same format as the original text. Most of our work is received and returned via email.
